Holding Statement – Potential Power Outage

We are aware of widespread power interruptions across parts of Spain, Portugal, and southern France today, following a failure in the European high-voltage grid. Controlled outages have been implemented to preserve overall network stability in coordination with national grid operators (REN in Portugal and E-REDES in Spain). Restoration of supply is underway and being managed progressively.

Several Allego charging stations in the affected regions have gone offline due to these power cuts over the past 24 hours. Our teams monitor the situation closely, liaise with grid authorities, and have engaged our technology partners to rule out any network-related issues. We will follow the developments regarding the potential causes. Once power is fully restored, all impacted chargers will automatically reconnect and become available for use.
